01 Beginnings forged after hours
Exactly 20 years ago, our founder made a decision that changed everything. Fascinated by engineering and the possibilities offered by metalworking, he decided to turn his dreams into reality. The beginnings were not easy - they meant hundreds of evenings, afternoons, and weekends spent in the workshop, combining full-time work with building the foundations of his own business. The first simple welding jobs were a test of character, and we passed it thanks to reliability and the care put into every detail.
02 A breakthrough on historic ground
Patience and quality were quickly noticed. The arrival of the first regular business partner became a flywheel for the company. That was when the decision was made to hire the first employees and invest in equipment that allowed us to go one step further. Another symbolic stage was the move to the historic HCP Poznan (Cegielski) site. There, surrounded by the heritage of Greater Poland industry, we grew as constructors and engineers.
03 Technology in the service of precision
Engineering passion did not allow us to stand still. Wanting to offer our clients the highest precision, we invested in laser technology. Thanks to a grant, the first laser cutting machine joined our machine park. It was a special time - the owner personally spent hours at the control panel, operating the first machine tools and the laser cutter himself. This experience gave him an inside understanding of production processes. That practical foundation still pays off today: the owner continues to actively share his experience with new employees, ensuring that every operator adopts the same standards of precision and respect for craft that built the company from the beginning.
04 A home for our passion: Batorowo 2020
The year 2020 marked a new opening for us. Dynamic growth meant that our previous premises became too small. We made the bold decision to purchase our own property in Batorowo, where we built a modern production hall designed from the ground up for our needs. This is where the heart of our company beats today.
05 Where are we today?
Today, we are an integrated metalworking center that combines a modern machine park with experience gathered over two decades. Despite the major technological leap, one thing has remained unchanged - the same commitment and passion that accompanied the first weld in a small workshop 20 years ago. Today, we deliver finished components for leaders in many industries, proud to be a company with strong family roots that is not afraid of future challenges.
